Exploring Data Driven Styling on Google Maps Platform

Thursday, December 8th, 2:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PST

Did you know Google Maps Platform has unlocked new Data Driven Styling capabilities and geographic boundary polygons?  Platform users can now access and display boundary data for localities, postal codes, and more. With this newly released feature, you can easily display your own tabular business data combined with Google’s administrative boundaries to create rich, customized thematic maps and opens the door for more advanced business analytics than ever before.

Data Driven Styling can be used to generate client point data heat maps (e.g. customers, stores, sites, vendors), thematics based on store or client data (e.g. spend, premiums, claims, revenue, employees, etc.), or thematics based on 3rd party data, like census or income demographics.
