Abstract: This is a BUILDING FOOTPRINT compilation of Massachusetts Prison locations in Greater Boston. The prison buildings were digitzied using a prison point dataset supplied by MassGIS and then utilizing 2001 1/2 meter orthophotography to locate and accurately compile digital outlines for the structures.
