Richard K. Grady, GISP is President of AppGeo. He has 30 years of experience in GIS and related technologies, including 12 at AppGeo. He is focused on complex projects requiring strategic planning and systems integration. He has served as a member of the Federal Geographic Data Committee’s (FGDC) Facilities Working Group, Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security for the Environmental Business Council (EBC) of New England, and participates in the Homeland Infrastructure Foundation Level Database (HIFLD) Working Group. Previously, Mr. Grady served as a senior executive at technology companies including Intergraph and LaserData. Mr. Grady earned an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston and received his BS cum laude in Resource Economics from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Michael G. Terner, GISP, Executive Vice President, is a founding partner of AppGeo where he heads the municipal services group. His GIS  experience includes all phases of GIS planning and implementation at the municipal, regional and state levels. Mr. Terner has been the Principal in Charge of groundbreaking GIS Enterprise planning projects for several states. Previously he was the first Director of MassGIS, the Massachusetts statewide GIS program. He has a Master of City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in biology from Tufts University.
Peter H. Girard, GISP is a Vice President and Director of Software Architecture at AppGeo. He has more than eighteen years of experience in cartography and GIS programming. He has extensive experience in the development of custom  applications of GIS for local government, facilities, transportation, utilities, and crime analysis. Previously he worked for the NY DOT and at ESRI, where he prototyped and benchmarked GIS applications for numerous clients.  He has a BA in Geography from the University of New Hampshire and a MA in Geography from Syracuse University.
David J. Weaver, GISP is a Vice President and founding partner at AppGeo. He is a geographer with 30 years experience in GIS and cartographic design. He specializes in Project Management, base map development and vendor selection, QAQC, cartography and archival issues. He also has worked on numerous GIS planning and implementation projects at all levels of government, including projects for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), NY DOT, the State of Maine Archives, Westchester County, NY and many municipalities. He manages AppGeo’s cartographic projects and has won numerous cartographic design awards. Previously he was the MassGIS cartographer. He has a degree in Geography from Clark University.
Steven J. Anderson, GISP is a Vice President, Director of Business Development, and manager of AppGeo's Manchester, CT office. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford and has more than nineteen years experience in applying GIS and CADD to municipal, civil, environmental, utility, transportation and business planning and management needs. Mr. Anderson’s comprehensive GIS experience includes all phases of planning and implementation. He has developed and taught GIS classes as an adjunct faculty lecturer at University of Hartford. He is also co-author of “The Design and Implementation of Geographic Information Systems”, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
